At age 21, Stephanie completed a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from St. Cloud State University with a special interest in diversity and spirituality.  After graduating with student loans and friend’s encouragement, she started her professional career in the field of Information Technology.  She worked for IBM and other major employers for about 15 years.  Stephanie paid off her student loans, had 2 children, started IT self-employment and sponsored 27 new immigrants with her spouse.
In 2012, Stephanie started to practice Tai Chi and Qigong and she noticed a significant difference Tai Chi made in her health along with lifestyle changes.
In 2014, After sponsoring 27 people, Stephanie saw a need for a non-profit organization and created, "Sea Others Foundation", (501c3) to help people in need with outreach, resources, and referrals. To learn more, visit www.seaothers.org.
In 2016, she got certified to teach Tai Chi for Health and began to teach a class at the Burnsville YMCA and now she teaches at multiple YMCA Twin Cities locations.
In 2018, Stephanie stopped IT self-employment and started Touching Worlds LLC to present and teach private lessons or group classes at senior living facilities, memory care units, various community non-profits, city organizations, and educational institutions.
She volunteer teaches at Pathways Minneapolis, Sea Others Foundation and other special events.

Touching Worlds LLC seeks to balance the heart, mind, and body with Tai Chi, Qigong, and coaching.
